I think the original Pokemon for the Gameboy was a fine game for its age, but while the rest of the industry advanced leaps and bounds, Pokemon did some shy steps forward.
I'm not saying they should have deep, complex stories, branching skill trees, and real-time combat but I think they should not be lagging behind the industry and they should not be cutting features.
Still, the game sells, the fans buy it so who I am to fault them? What works, works, even if what works is doing very little work.

Lifepath: Corpo

Of the 3 lifepaths, Cyberpunk offers us, I think Corpo is the most unique. Being the street punk with an attitude is something I've done in more than one game and while I believe CD Projekt will deliver it well, it's more of the same.
Being the guy close to the person pulling the trigger tho is more unique.
Plus like I said before, I dig the sleek lifestyle the corpos saw to have.

Lifepath: Nomad

Nomads in Cyberpunk give me strong country bumpkin vibes, fresh from the badlands with big dreams for the big city. They somehow have seen to value their car a little more than the other paths.
If I ever do the 2nd play, it will be «paragon» Nomad.

Lifepath: Street Kid

I got surprised of how combat-focused Cyberpunk 2077 talent tree is… you have talents for handguns, rifles, blades, 2-handed, shotguns, etc…
I mean, if I decided to make a hacker who has only focused on a single combat skill «just in case» I feel almost like I'd max all the non-combat skills and have points to spare. The game seen more combat-focused than I expected.

I have been playing Fall Guys. It's the perfect smoke break game. You play a couple of times and go back to whatever you were doing. It's competitive but not to a point you feel you need to train to git gud because there is a lot of luck involved.
It's a distraction, but a good one and filled a niche I didn't know it existed. However, let be clear this is not the game to play for hours to no end.
