24-Hour Comic 2012

AS IT WOULD HAPPEN, the official 24-Hour Comic Day is not the first Saturday of October this year, but is happening a few weeks from now. I DIDN'T REALIZE THIS until I was already in the hourly comic zone, so I have some illegal hourlies to covertly share with you on this day. Does that mean there will be TWO 24-Hour Comic Days this year for Awkward Zombie? WHO CAN SAY

If you didn't know, I'll be at New York Comic Con this weekend and I WILL HAVE BOOKS, WHOA. Come say hello at the Halolz booth, where I will be for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday. It will be great.

I drop what I'm doing for pictographs all the time, but I sort of start to feel bad when I have a Dungeon Buddy. I guess they just need to learn that I have NEEDS and that they include 100% COMPLETION.

I made the terrible mistake of starting a new Harvest Moon: a Wonderful Life file.

Every few years I remember this game exists, wonder why I've never beaten it, start a new file and get about an in-game year or two into it before realizing it's terrible and hiding the disc somewhere. THIS TIME, in an attempt to break the cycle, I've vowed to play the entire horrible thing through to the end, and I'm about 4/10ths of the way through, which is probably the furthest anyone has ever played it.

This is a game about a man who gets winded after picking up a chicken. This is Harvest Moon.
