What I want to do is lay down a foundation for a group mind that people can join and leave voluntarily. The future workplace could be a gestalt where people plug in when they're on the job and unplug after.
A lot of privacy issues need to be resolved.
It takes the problem of group think to a whole new level.
There's also the issue of toxic employees. One bad apple spoils the bunch.
