Katy the kangaroo and tony the tiger were both spokescartoons for frosted flakes. and i just looked it up and «elmo the elephant» was at one point a spokescartoon for frosted flakes too!! holy crap, this comic was one randomly-chosen name away from being 50s-era frosted flakes guerilla marketing.
