Saturation
Here is the truth: We live in a golden age of gaming where all genres are represented, if not over-represented. From FPS to RPGs , from sports to visual novels, from action to walking simulators we have it all. We have access to games both big and small, mainstream and experimental, old and new. NO MATTER WHAT GENRE YOU PICK THERE WILL BE TONS OF IT, MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN PLAY ON A LIFETIME.
There are many rogues with pixel art? Maybe, but less than 3rd person 3d action games with realistic graphix like Spider-Man or Last of Us and you don't see me complaining.

Princess Anduin
What bothers most about Anduin kidnapping is not how hamfisted and out of the blue it happened with 2 random guys yoinking the alliance leader in the middle of the day.
If Anduin could so easily be removed why haven't it happened before? Where were his security? Why not end all wars by just yanking the current enemy faction leader? Basically, this is the kind of stupid move which makes you look hard at your game and you start to notice ALL ridiculous things which you usually ignore like Warlocks walking with demons at broad daylight or the use of ships for transport when you have permanent portals working 24/7.
Sometimes I want to go back to WoW to see how the story is developing but than I see this and think «nah brah, don't bother».

Your Time Is Soon
Usually I don't bother checking the specs of new games and I just assume my computer will run it. I can't run stuff on ultra but I'm ok with that. There is perhaps some super heavy games out there I can't run but I usually don't want to play those anyway.
However, I don't think my paltry 1050 ti will be able to run Cyberpunk 2077 in all its glory. It's the first mainstream game in a loooong time which may make me want to do some upgrades.
Still, hardware here on Brazil is hella expensive so I don't want to dream too high. I guess I'll wait to see how badly it runs and decide what to do after that.

A Joke Without Teeth
Tuesday night my wisdom teeth started aching and I couldn't even sleep. Long story short in 24 I managed to find a dentist, do an X-ray and remove the culprit and now I'm just chillin.
Still, after all this ordeal I consider myself lucky. The extraction was painless, the recovery been smooth, not even bleeding and my medical plan covered everything. My teeth even waited for me to recover from the cold to go bad so I didn't had 2 issues at once.
My only issue is the painkiller make me a bit foggy, and not fun foggy, just drowzy so this may or may not have impacted today's comic.
Hope you guys enjoyed it anyway and check my twitter for pics of the teeth.

Wisdomless
And no, this is all the politics you'll see here. I still have enough wisdom teeth left to not go too deep on that topic.
For those curious, the procedure itself was fine and the recovery is doing fine but hell if the painkillers didn't made me groggy and not the fun kind of groggy, just the foggy one so if today's comic bothers you blame medicine!

Anatomy
I am trying to finish Witcher III expansion and did Heart of Stone last week. My thoughts.
Story wise… it's alright. Geralt keep being someone else bitch, except this time his current owner (Master Mirror) managed to outsource him to Olgierd, the expansion main plot point so in a sense you are double the bitch.
Special mention to Olgierd. I'm surprised how people, Geralt in particular, seen to just ignore he is a «not nice person».
The story is alright, but I figured who Master Mirror was pretty early and got kinda annoyed with having to make a pact with him. I got so annoyed this affected the last decision where I picked the option which would annoy him the most.
Combat wise… I found odd most of the game use the same enemies, except the «wife» part where it was pretty much all bosses. To make things worst I totally forgot decotions and potions were a thing and I pretty much did it all with just sword, dodge, some quen bubble and lots of honey and dried fruit. The enemies with regeneration were a pain in the ass but on CDPR defense I kinda gimped myself by not using all my tools.
All in all, it was alright. My main complain is since it has very few new assets and mechanics it could be a quest on the vanilla version and you won't notice. Any flaw of the main game is still there so I totally get why people say to skip this one if you are short on time.
Onward, to Wine and Gold.

Substitute
Playing Deus Ex is probably what I'll do to wait for Cyberpunk assuming I finish Blood and Wine in time.
There is no shortage of good games to play while I wait for Cyberpunk so I'm fine but I remember being a teen with little patience and I know those constant delays suck.
