Nerf Now!! 1931
For whatever reason, you don't need to be hosted or have team members on the region you are competing in the Boston Majors. This means a korean team could compete on the EU open qualifier for example.
And like US West, NA was picked as the region to be invaded for european teams trying to avoid the super competitive EU scene where teams like Virtus Pro are fighting for a spot.
NA has strong teams, but they are few and already invited so you only need to deal with heavy hitters like Vegetables Esports Club.
NA doto, best doto.

One thing which really changed in gaming is the impossibility of the player to screw up.
On the dark ages of gaming past, it was possible, if not common, to be stuck in a losing situation with no way out.
A simple example: On Immortal, you descend a dungeon and end up facing a dragon. To survive the fight you need to collect several items to survive the fight, among those, a scroll of fire protection with limited charges. Have you not find the scroll, or used it's limited charges before the final fight for whatever reason, you have no way to win the fight.
On Diablo 2, for every Hell worth build one made, there were dozens of build which would simply not make the cut.
Those days, no matter what class you pick or path you choose, a game character will be end-game worth. You can be a tank mage, a DPS priest, a nuke warrior or whatever and if for whatever reason you found your build isn't cutting it, respec are usually available. One modern exception I believe is the Souls series where, I guess, you can still make subpar choices but even there you won't find yourself closed in a room with the end boss without weapons and no way to load yourself out of it.
Not saying the old days were better though, just ranting about how stuff changed. Part of it is playtest which identify difficult spikes, but other part is also a drive to mitigate player frustation at any cost, even to a fault.

Here what is going to happen.
At Blizzcon, at middle of some random panel, there will be a «power failure» with screens flickering and suddenly… SURPRISE, Sombra reveal.
I'll even say her kit… some invisbility bullshit with a global silence as her ultimate.
Just release her already and never pull this bullshit again, please.

I feel Skyrim is still to young to deserve an HD remaster but hey, if Bethesda has the resources and some players have the money, power to them.
While I enjoyed my brief stay on Skyrim, I didn't enjoy it enough to replay the game without new content so I'll probably skip this one.

Sombra is here… kinda.
If you are attending Blizzcon you can play with Sombra right now. If you are a pleb like me you'll need to wait until next week to put your hands on her.
My opinon on her kit is she look powerful. Invisibilty and teleport on the same character? Mass disable?
But the point isn't about how good she is but instead of if she is good enough to replace the current Attack characters.
Since ranked pray to the 2-2-2 gods she'll take the spots of all the Meis / Reapers / McCrees / Tracers / Genjis out there.
My humble opinion is she is probably stronger them all those characters because if you combo her ulti with pretty much ANY ultimate in the game, it's a teamwipe.
On the other side, you need to combo 2 ultis, and on the wild world of solo queue this is harder than it looks otherwise Zarya would rule the world.
Plus, if you played with a spy on your team in TF2, you know it's the kind of character which can fail hard and have minimal impact in the match.
In a nutshell, if you are very good, the combo of invisibility plus disable will wreck teams, but if you are not on the top of you game you'll be like one of those Genjis which dash into walls and die.

I have no idea of how balanced Starcraft is right now and if anything, I guess the game balance is fair.
However, it bothers me how agressive Terran can harass Zerg safely and with minimal investment The reaper grenade spam at the finals triggered me to not end.
Let's hope the new Hydralisk help solve some of the problems Zerg has right now.

I'm yet to play Sombra but I don't think I'll stop playing Mei to pick her.
Hacking is cool and all, but freezing does the same while also making people stop moving and doing damage. I'm oversimplying things a bit but that's how I see it.
Still, it's nice to have a new character. Hoping for a new map soon too.
I'm saddened to hear Titanfall 2 isn't selling well.. the game looks good enough. I won't touch the multiplayer but the single player campaign looks well made. I may give it a try.

The more I think about it, more I see no way for Bioware to save Mass Effect from it's shittastic ending.
I personally would retcon it, but ignoring the mess and basically re-building the universe from scratch on another corner of the galaxy may work. Keyword, «may».
Even if they find a way to relocate some of the alien races to Andromeda (secret Krogan / Asari / Turian planet anyone?) and even throw some rogue Reaper there, a good deal of Mass Effect was about Shepard and even thou I can accept not playing him anymore, it would be cool to see mention of him and of other fan favorites like Garrus and Wrex.
Like I said before, this game could be called «Space Warp: Andromeda» and nobody would know better, but from a economic point of view, it pays to use the Mass Effect tag, and of course, even if they only recycle some basic elements of Mass Effect is still easier than building an universe from scratch.
The game may be good, even awesome, but because it's a AAA sci-fi game with good writing and not because it's Mass Effect.
And of course, the question remains… will Mass Effect universe be!!!forever contained on the far corners of universe? Are we never going to!!!see Earth and the other previous civilizations again?
