Hello people.
There are several things I been wanting to do but keep delaying because the art deadline hits me and I end up pushing it to tomorrow and this been going for a while.
Since I started updating Nerf NOW!! 5 days a week 3 years ago I haven't take a break so I'm going to get some needed rest to recharge my batteries and put some things in order.
The comic will take a one week break and will come back on 8th of January, next friday.
This won't mean I'll disappear. I'll still update the Patreon and post something on twitter now and then… maybe even try to stream again.
Cya in a week!

Final Station has most of the elements I like on a game.
- 2d graphics – check
- Post-apocalyptic – check
- Resource management – check
- TRAINS – check
The game may suck of course, as any game can, but I'd still buy it and give it a spin because I like most of the elements there.

Last comic about The Final Station had Angie trampling some infected with a train… stuff like that doesn't happen in the game as far as I know, but many times when doing a comic it's more important to take the essence of the game than trying to emulate a game mechanic.
You have infected, you have trains, you have a badass machinist and you have to show it all in a single frame. My only regret is not making it the scene in tiny pixel art.

Been playing Undertale, the story is captvating, thou I don't like some of the meta stuff going but I guess the game could not be made without it. Still, some gaming concepts for me are safe haven who should not be triffled within.
Meta stuff apart,it's really hard to ignore how simple the art is. I'm a sucker for 2d art but the main character has 2 sprites for moving. Sometimes less is more, and sometimes, less is fucking too little.
