If you played Super Metroid there is nothing you haven't seen and if you haven't played neither I'd say Super Metroid is the superior game but the game is still fine, it just has a lower production value. The game works but Metroid has better music, better graphics, better "flow" and come first so you it was original once. One special note about graphics.
