People know I love pixel art and I think Bloodstained Curse of the Moon 2 is gorgeous, but I won't pretend 8-bits pixel art is an acquired taste. Unless your character has a very simple design created to play around the limitations it's hard to make stuff that looks appealing. Yes, I can recognize a corgi there but I'm mostly pulling the image from corgis on my brain and putting splashing over that small pile of pixels. My imagination is doing part of the work and this is fine but I can totally see someone just seeing the pixels and rolling their eyes.\\
