For such a hardcore game, CS:GO has some guns skins which look like they come straight from a little girl room.

And talking about cosmetic items, TF2 Invasion has one of the best cosmetics I've seen. Having high-tech themed kinda fits TF2, or at least fits more than samurai swords and pirate hats.

Overall, I really liked the production value of this patch. I wish there was a more PvE centric Invasion themed TF2 campaign with the mercs fighting aliens and stuff, but I'll settle with the fabled matchmaking system.

Sorry for the super late update AND not stellar art. The file got corrupted and I had to start from scratch.

This is not the 1st time this happen but other times I was able to recover my work. No such thing this time. It's one of the many signs it's about time for me to upgrade my rig.

I'll write a rant about Phantom Pain racket tactics but for now enjoy the comic.

I decided to give Hawken a chance because I been looking for some new FPS to play.

I'll start saying the game works. This is important because the ammount of games out there who are buggy or dead is so big just being able to play without much hassle is a huge plus. Also, the tutorial teaches you how to handle your Mech which is necessary since the game has some mechanics you need to learn before jumping in the fray.

However, I feel there is not THAT much variance between the Mechs and the feeling of «sameness» hit me quicker than other games. But mind you, I'm the kind of person who don't like Counter Strike and Modern Warfare which are hugely popular so it's more of a personal thing than a game flaw.

Also on the personal side, I did not find the Mechs and weapons particularly pretty. I had a hard finding a favorite because all looked like a gray mess to me. I'm more of a Front Mission kind of person I guess.

In the end, I'd recommend mech lovers to at least give it a try. It's solid and delivery what it promisses, and the small touches like the cockpit view are nice. Sadly, it is not what I am looking right now.

Sit tight, I gonna savour this one.

p.s. The Patron change is the card now give +1 to minions with Charge, for those who are curious.

Let me explain why the comic not been updated for 2 days.

Wednesday night when the comic was halfway done a heavy storm hit the whole city. There were multiple floodings, landslides and of course, power failures.

Given the problem was city wide, it took a while (36 hours) for my power to be restored. In the meanwhile I had no power or running water.

In the 2nd day I got pissed and bought a external battery for my cellphone so I could at least have some internet, which was used mostly to call the energy company to fix my place.

Today the energy was restored but I still had no internet. Still, with power I could finish today's page and wait for the internet to be properly restored for me to upload the comic.

I may try to update on the weekend to make up for it but honestly, depends of how much energy I'll have because it been 2 days living like a caveman and I want to enjoy the pleasures of modern life a bit.

This was SUPPOSED to just show Anne trying her luck at a new job and when I looked back, I was already 6 pages deep.

I had a small follow up in my mind but honestly, perhaps this arc has gone too long and I should move on.
